A leading financial services company situated in Singapore are seeking an Application Support Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This position will take ownership of issues and deliver procedural and technical support to various teams and stakeholders, both internal and external.
Responsibilities
Analyse and implement new systems.
Manage incident resolution according to ITIL standards.
Create and deploy PowerShell scripts to enhance business functions.
Serve as a liaison between technology and business teams to communicate system changes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Report policy breaches and escalate risk events promptly.
Contribute to risk management processes as needed.
Skills and Experience
Experience with technical onboarding of new APIs and systems.
Proactive in identifying issues and improving processes.
Solid background in Windows, Linux/Unix OS, SQL, and Oracle database architecture
Process-driven mindset with experience in ITIL and change management
Knowledge of FIX messaging protocol and market connectivity protocols for global derivative, commodity, cash, and equity markets
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team with changing expectations.
