A Global Investment Management firm situated in Central London are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will provide onsite and remote technical support. The role involves troubleshooting workstation applications like Microsoft Exchange/Outlook, Office 365, managing access via Active Directory, and resolving hardware and remote access issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle user requests and incidents promptly, following internal procedures.

  • Collaborate with teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.

  • Monitor and address system alerts, improving efficiency through automation.

  • Assist in developing strategic technical solutions.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Microsoft environments (Windows 10, Server 2012+, Office 365, Azure).

  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, remote access, and software deployment.

  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and providing excellent customer service.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

  • Degree in Computer Science or related experience.

  • Skilled in PowerShell, Python, networking, or Linux environments.
