A prestigious global law firm based in the City of London are seeking an Information Governance Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis with Hybrid working.

You will be joining a global law firm with 2,300 lawyers and an annual revenue of $3B. In this role, you will lead records management processes and improvements, support internal client requests and manage electronic records. You will be responsible for processes related to electronic records disposition, overseeing file releases, and identifying electronic record management risks.

Additionally you will interface with practice groups and administrative departments to promote best practices for information governance ensuring compliance with the firm's policies. As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate with IT teams to define and incorporate governance requirements into system designs and develop migration strategies for electronic records.

The salary for this position is negotiable based on skills and experience.
